Great location. We wanted to be close to several state parks and this location put us around a 30 min drive from most Quick drive to Algood or Cookeville for any supplies or food. Would book again

Not at all happy with this cabin. Would never stay again, such a dissapointment.
Back porch dirty and crappy old patio furniture, screen door screen torn, towels very old and crappy, outside porch area not swept in way too long and covered in leaves, grass was not cut, broken chair on front porch, wasps nest in hot tub when I lifted the cover, no real lights in the living room, I had to buy a new spoon and cutting board cause the ones in the cabin were so old and dirty. Go stay somewhere else, is my suggestion.

Will go again.
Property was very clean and the description was spot on. The house was very comfortable in a great setting. It has all of the amenities you could think of, the beds were very comfortable and what a walk in closet. The only two disappointments were the hot tub did not work and the grill was very small. Aside from that it was a wonderful weekend and we will be going back.

A Great Tennessee Weekend
We have had a wonderful time here over the weekend. Sitting outside on the front porch watching deer and bunnies in the peace and quiet, very tranquil. The home was clean and very inviting. Would love to come again in the fall or winter time.

Road trip.
Place was nice, clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. Our group loves lots of coffee in the morning, so the 5cup maker was really the only negative thing. It was very quiet, had some deer visit, and could hear coyotes in the distance. Sitting on the large porch visiting in the evening was great. The weather we had provided bug free evenings. There was nobody around to bother us, or for us to bother. Would highly recommend staying here.

Quiet reserve for introverts/German shepherd
Great tucked away property where dog can run around care free! The screened in back porch had firewood for my family and I to have a fire. My silly German shepherd was zooming! There’s a fence that blocks off the distant housing. We saw deer in the morning both days we stayed. We felt alone there besides the nature, the only reminder that there are others nearby is when you leave. The instructions for check in and out were easy and reasonable. Also any questions/ concerns were promptly addressed in a professional manner by Steven.

Weird Communication
Well, overall this place was nice but communication was poor. It didn’t help that the fridge was only cooling to 60 degrees. We got there on Sunday but didn’t realize the fridge issue till Monday. We reported it and they told us that the cleaning crew reported it. The reason we stayed here was for the kitchen and fridge so we could make meals for our 1 year old daughter. Fridge didn’t get fixed till Tuesday late afternoon. Our stay was only till Thursday morning. Also, they sent an email at 3:30 am on the day we checked out listing all the things to do at the property. They told us to take the trash out, but there was no where outside to put it. Animals would get in to it if we listened to them. Also, we pulled out at 6 am and who checks there emails that early? Some don’t…. Listing was accurate but emails from Stevens reality come from spam like email. Looks very fake and no signature line or anything showing it’s a real company.

Perfect Getaway!
Stayed here with my husband and our dog for New Years weekend. Oiling have asked for a better experience. The cabin is clean and cozy. Had everything we needed plus more. The washer and dryer was a big bonus and so convenient! Would definitely stay here again.

Mayhem Crossfit Competition
The log cabin is beautiful inside, peaceful and relaxing. Perfect place to end the day after our competition and recover. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware etc. and great to have the washer and dryer. The place was very clean and stocked with enough towels, blankets and trash bags. Only about 12 minutes to town - we would stay here again if we come back to Cookeville.

Thanksgiving Weekend
We had a great time getting together at this cabin for Thanksgiving. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for the 4 of us to celebrate (note: I brought many aluminum disposable pans for organization and cooking). The view from the front porch made my morning coffee very special and we even saw a large flock of wild turkey across the street. Lots of choices of state parks for a post-thanksgiving hike, and plenty of lounge space in the cabin to watch a lot of football!

Nice Family Getaway
My wife and three grandchildren enjoyed our time at the cabin. The interior was clean, comfortable and was in very nice condition. The yard was mowed and the leaves blow on one of the days we were staying. The screened back porch and large front porch were wonderful and peaceful. There was a friendly cat that would visit every day and entertain the grandchildren. Overall a Wonderful experience. The only problem was the electric shut off around 8:15 AM on the day we were preparing to leave, but after contacting Stevens Realty the power was restored in about 1 hour.

Quiet Hidden Gem
The property was nice, secluded and very clean. Very close to everything but far enough away to feel like you’re all alone. The house was rustic and well kept. Property grounds were nice. Plenty of room for our 2 German Shepherds to run around and play. We would definitely book again when we come up to the area.

Needed a getaway
I was looking for a strong cabin feel to getaway with my dog and for some much needed time to rest. Great place to rest lots of space. The outside of the cabin doesn’t have much in the way of being able to sit outside minus some chairs on the front deck. However, there are some trees to hang a hammock. My advice to the next person to stay is bring a corn hole set and some lawn chairs. There is a huge uncovered deck that can be used but is empty. This would be a great space for playing cards , corn hole, or sitting out and enjoying the night.

Spacious and clean
This property needed on the outside, but it was nice inside. The steps and porch could be updated, but there is a back way that is one level that our older parent could access. they had not mowed, but when we went inside it was spacious and clean.The electricity turned off at 7:30 am on our check out day, we were unable to do a. speedy connect with the owner. Thankfully we were already ready, and we had planned on leaving early,so we just left. All in all would go again.
