There are lots of notes around the house explaining how things work. House has everything you need. We loved the outdoor sink under cover with hot water to clean our limits of Razor clams. The elevator was wonderful as the kitchen is on the second floor to see the ocean. We loved the large dining table with the huge rotisserie in the middle to serve food instead of passing entree around. Steve has made it so comfortable, well equiped, organized, and clean. We loved the little touches, like the labels on the light switches and in the closets so we could put things away properly. Loved the radiant heat and extra blankets. The views were wonderful, and despite the wind, rain, and hail, it was almost like the huge windows were self-cleaning because once the sun was out, the views were instantly back! The huge kitchen table was perfect for both dining and board games with the kids. Plus, there was plenty of space to spread out and get some quiet time. Very pleased with our stay, and we hope to wind up there again some time.
