The front staff members were very gracious and kind. They were really great people. Also the room and showrooms were clean and nice. Very close to Valdez harbor and crews shipyard. Sun Hwang June 22, 2026.

The heater kept us up all night. We asked the front desk for help and they told us to try to take the key out to turn off the power but that didn’t work. It woke us up at 7 am. But it was clean and good food and nice gym. Thank you.

This hotel is a two-minute walk from the harbor, just behind a brewery and food trucks, next door to a fabulous outdoor/ recreational store and across the street from the museum. The mature, sourdough of a gentleman at the front desk was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. We enjoyed his dry humor and laid-back style. The rooms are basic and a bit dated, but the mattresses, bedding and down (or alternative) comforters are newer, perfectly fine. The room surprisingly offered the usual toiletries that were of a medium scaled quality. The breakfast was what one generally expects. For the price, there was nothing to complain about! We would recommend it for a no-frills option and would definitely stay again.

Our host and hostess were quite enjoyable,accommodating and fun. Wonderful about helping in most anyway they could!! Breakfasts were wonderful and so were the dinners!!Yum Yum!!😄 Not sure they can cook for all quests so we consider ourselves lucky- you’ll have to take your chances!! Our stay was wonderful!
