It was nice to be so close to our terminal when we had an early morning flight. The restaurant was great, as well as the staff!

Really close to University

Overall the property was clean and inviting. The staff were nice. However, we could barely sleep in our room. The lights/switches were confusing. We had a hard time turning off the lights on the structure under the tv, which seem unnecessary in the first place. So those stayed on most of the night.. The sheets were very crinkly noisy. The air system was very loud and kept coming on frequently. Also we were on the 5th floor and could still hear people talking/traffic on street level. I was also confused by the location of the coffee maker? I had to carry it somewhere else in the room just to plug it in and make coffee, which again seems unnecessary. Sometimes “fancy” isn’t always better.

People working the front desk were very unhelpful and not friendly. Everything else was great!

Perfect location! We were able to get around to most of our destinations by foot. The staff was nice, hotel was clean..thats a win win in my book. I would definitely stay there again if I were to ever need to come back to Minneapolis.
