Welcome to Casa Martins, your perfect getaway home in stunning Salamander Bay. Offering absolute waterfront views, this holiday home is strategically positioned on Foreshore Drive, providing direct access to the sandy beach just a few feet away.
Casa Martins can accommodate up to eight guests comfortably with its three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a Queen Size bed with picture perfect views of the beach. Bedroom 2 also has a Queen Size bed and bedroom 3 offers a Tri Bunk and a Single bed. The home has two bathrooms within a 3-way design, as you enter the room there is a shared vanity area and two shower and toilet areas all within the one wet area.
Inside this gorgeous home, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities, such as a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and a family sized refrigerator. The property also includes a laundry room complete with a washing machine and dryer for added convenience during your stay.
Boasting an open plan living area, Casa Martins encourages alfresco dining experiences while the sun sets over the bay. A gas BBQ stored in the garage area and outdoor furniture allow you to soak up the view as you enjoy your meal.

(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
