Welcome to this cute home! It is close to everything Corpus Christi has to offer, in a quiet neighborhood across the street from a large park! Driscoll Children's Hospital is minutes away. It is an easy drive to downtown, or the beach! The house was recently renovated from top to bottom with granite countertops, hardwood and tile floors. It is an open floor plan, perfect for socializing with family and friends. It has a huge back deck for grilling! Relax, regroup, retreat here!

My daughter lives in Corpus and we found this gem on our 3rd trip and let me say we have and never will stay anywhere but here ora property of Karen's! If I could give 50 stars I would. Clean, comfortable, and lots of room. We have cooked in the spacious kitchen, grilled in the backyard enjoying the large deck and backyard. Best of all, you can park inside the gate. Location is great, minutes from grocery stores and shops and less than 5 minutes from Cole Pier/Park and the Bay.

Lovely Accommodations
I came to visit brother and sister-in-law who live on Padre Island and to get away from cold winter up north. I stayed two weeks and enjoyed having a friend and a sister stay with me for short visits. I also enjoyed my solitude and going to beach and to sites around Corpus Chrisit.

Home away from home!
Wow! The pictures are accurate but still don't do justice to this adorable and cozy home. The fenced in backyard is huge with large trees that shade almost the entire back area. We cooked out on the grill and were able to enjoy sitting outside even in June! The kitchen is spacious, laundry room and 1/2 bath very convenient, living area very cozy, and bedrooms comfortable and plenty of drawers and closet space. We visit My daughter in Corpus 1-2 times a year and we will always stay here now that we found this cozy gem!!

Very well managed older house that has been remodeled and updated. It's the best looking and maintained house in the neighborhood. Owner provided everything you would need in a house including instructions on how to use tv service, wifi, etc. House was very clean and smelled nice. Good location for people with pets as the back yard has a fence with a gate where you can also pull your car in for safety. Couldn't have asked for better service from the owner as the checkin was super easy as well as check out instructions. If I had to say the only small issue with the property is that it is behind a very busy street and there is a lot of road noise.
