Very disappointed, disappointed in how the hotel was reviewed on Expedia. The hotel room AC never was lower than 78°. The bathroom vent was black, with water/ring stains on tub. Bathroom door when opens hit the toilet bowl rim with punch hazaord. The door in the bathroom had water damage and was peeling off the base. The free breakfast consisted of packet oatmeal, burnt egg patties, tap water and cereal. Very frustrating, we got the room for 3 nights we canceled after the first night...still pending refund from Expedia

The property was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. The only thing I didn’t like was that the air conditioner dripped a lot of water over the night time and made so much noise. I didn’t want to say anything because my family and dogs were already situated. However, the hotel was pricey and I’d it’s pricey I expect for everything to work properly. I or another family member could of slipped and fallen.

For the money spent I expected for the rooms to be made and cleaned. They have a notice on n the room saying they only clean every other day. Unacceptable and all they have to say oh we are sorry but that’s policy. They should announce it when they advertise, I guarantee people would not want to be in the hotel.

Stayed here one night with other family members. Our bedroom sheets were dirty and the shower spilled water all over the bathroom. The bathroom sink is also outside the bathroom which is weird . Our AC made a loud noise ALL NIGHT LONG. Our family’s room didn’t have a working ac. The lobby area is hot .. I don’t think their ac was working. Wouldn’t stay here again

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only one elevator was working the entire time. There was a lot of noise coming from the parking lot and/or hotel next door at night. There have an ant problem. Had to switch rooms due to ants in the shower. Then, new room had ants on the window and AC unit. Looks nice from the outside and lobby area, but rooms are dirty!

Only one elevator worked, the other one had no A/C, all ice machines on all floors were broken/no ice. The mini swimming pool was filthy, no hot water to bath until the morning and water ran towards floor and toilet. Breakfast was poor due to stoves needing attention.
