"Pros: La ubicación de la propiedad, ya que lugar que visitamos nos gusta conocer, está bien comunicada tanto del norte de la isla ejemplo Cotillo, Corralejo, Cofete etc., como al sur ejemplo Costa Calma, Morro Jable, a mitad de camino de cada zona, a 10 minutos del aeropuerto y a 15 del puerto del rosario."

The roof terrace is an extra bonus offering privacy for sunbathing and relaxing. The location is excellent. Local bars, cafes and restaurants are close by as is a supermarket for all your daily needs when self catering. A short 10 minute stroll finds you at the beach or the centre with excellent facilities. Already planning to return. Cons: Nothing!"

"Pros: die gemütliche Einrichtung. Parkplatz vorm Haus. Cons: der Pool war nicht beheizt.. es lagen viele Zigarettenstummel im Garten.Bettbezüge und Geschirrhandtücher nicht vorhanden."

"Pros: Ich habe während meines Aufenthalts gearbeitet und brauchte daher schnelles und stabiles Internet. Nachdem es am ersten Tag Probleme gab, hat der Vermieter kurzerhand einen neuen Vertrag für Glasfaser abgeschlossen, was wenige Tage später installiert wurde. Ich habe noch nie erlebt, dass ein Vermieter derart schnell und toll auf Probleme reagiert. Vielen Dank nochmal, ich werde wieder kommen!"

"Die Wohnanlage ist sehr schön gepflegt, der Pool sauber. Von außen ist die Anlage in die Jahre gekommen, überall blättert die Farbe ab. Zutritt nur für Bewohner mit Schlüssel. So haben wir uns sicher gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. 2 Kaffeekapseln waren da, auch Wasser und Bier im Kühlschrank. Sogar Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine. Alles sehr ordentlich. Und es gab zwei leichte tragbare Stühle, die wir am Strand genutzt haben....
