“We loved this hotel for a family trip. The beach is literally just steps away, which made everything so convenient. Everything was clean, the staff was good, and there are plenty of nearby restaurants.”

“En route to my trip here, the engine of my car suffered catastrophic damage leaving me having to tow my car and never making it to this property. Because it was around 11am the day I was supposed to check in, I was unable to do anything in Expedia to cancel or change my reservation. When I attempted to contact the property they left me on hold for over 15 minutes. When I explained my situation they said “Sorry it’s a 48 hour cancellation policy, and you booked through Expedia, we can’t help”. I……

“This is not a resort. It is a motel on the beach. We paid over $1000 a night for what was supposed to be a beach front room with no view of the beach. We literally got the worst room in the house and complaints fell on unsympathetic ears. The shower control was missing. The seal for the shower door was falling off and the bathroom is like a phone booth. Lack of pool towels because guests hoard them. Non-guests using the loungers and umbrellas on the beach and even a non-guest woman with a dog at……

We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”

“We had an amazing time at Zota Beach Resort. Food at the restaurants is 10/10. It is not necessary to leave the resort to find places to it. Amenities were in great conditions. Heated pool. Beautiful beach”
