“I had a wonderful stay at Herdade do Touril. On a one day trip i Saturday over night only big I really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the place. To wake up to the sound of birds and of Violets the donkey was the cherry on top of the cake. Dinner and breakfast were tasty and plenty. The staff was friendly and very professional. A beautiful back at only a few minutes walk through a lovely, wild path Definitely a place to come back to. ”

“Stunning resort & brilliant for kids, with loads of activities & 4 different pools. Only gripe is with the cost of the food, far too expensive e.g €25 for a burger in one restaurant & when Sagres town is a hefty walk with young children in tow, you have little option but to eat on site. On reflection we wish we’d got an apt with a kitchen so we could’ve self catered”

“The setting is beautiful, with a lap pool and pond adjacent. Our room had a kitchenette, so helpful as the place is 3 km from town. Pedro and his furry friends are all fabulous.”

“Hotel was very clean and service was exceptional!! We booked a partial sea view room, however when we walk in, the sea was only visible if we went to the edge of our balcony and the view was blocked by a tree. We inquired at reception and they quickly checked us into another room with a partial sea view. Breakfast was fantastic! ”
