We didn't realize there were stairs. That was the only drawback. It would be lovely for younger people. We did use the pharmacy and small grocery nearby

The hotel is okay at best. Staff was extremely rude and not helpful. Room was not clean, especially toilets and bathroom. Does not really fits the 4* claim.

Beautiful boutique hotel walking distance to everything. Hop on and off city tour five minutes away. Any type of dining nearby!
Parking was in a public garage. Unfortunately there is a new system using a QR code to exit but it never worked. Always had to call the attendant to raise the gate. Only five minute walk from hotel.
