From the moment you pull in the driveway you get a sense of calm. The landscape is absolutely stunning. You are greeted at the door by one of the owners. They show you around then take you upstairs to your room. The decor was very calming and having its own bathroom in your room is a great bonus. Breakfast was made to order and prepared by o e of the owners as well. These 2 men have created a BnB that they should be extremely proud of. If we ever come back to this part of Ireland, we will 100%...

This is probably the best B&B we have stayed in. The hosts are fantastic. Breakfast was top notch homemade! Loved the French emphasis.

This was a REAL CASTLE, two of walls were from 1425..AMAZING. We were able to walk around and enjoy the beautiful grouds (there was even a tennis court on sight!) And lots of beautiful flowers and trees. The location is somewhat remote, and very quiet. But you can almost imagine it hundreds of years ago. That said, the guest rooms were of good size, very clean and modern. One of our favorite places we stayed in southern Ireland. I do not believe there was a lift/elevator, which did not matter...

My girlfriend and I had the most amazing stay here. Pauline is the best host and a fantastic cook. She would always go out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and would always respond to any questions we had promptly. Breakfast was always served on time and I wish I had more room in my stomach to eat more. Everything was clean and well kept. The bed was beyond comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and clean. This was our favorite spot! Des and Sue hit the jackpot with their property on the little hill that overlooks the town of Waterford, including part of the Waterford castle. They recently rennovated part of their home four years ago so that it is like staying in a VERY nice hotel, but the bed and breakfast comfort/feel. The owner, Noreen, is the nicest, friendliest, most helpful hostess! The B&B is close to some great attractions and is very comfortable for a fraction of the cost of other options in the area. We highly recommend.

Room was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was so delicious and included all homemade breads. The owners were so friendly and helpful during our stay.
