The arresting sound view is nearly inescapable from the majority of this single-story home, thanks to the living area's large windows. Spend some time admiring it from the Adirondack chairs in the front yard, and when you're ready to get a bit closer, just head over to the private beach. Prep a picnic lunch in the charming full kitchen for your day on the sand, and in the evening, you can gather around a small bonfire with snacks and drinks.

When you're ready to settle in for the night, snuggle up on the plush furniture and stream your favorite show from your classic vacation hideaway. Board games are provided so you can engage in some family bonding time around the four-seater kitchen table. And, between the gentle lapping of the waves on Penn Cove and the room-darkening shades, sleep will come easy here.

People are welcome to dig for clams and harvest oysters on the private beach when the season is open.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There are three parking spaces on the property, plus street parking. Guests may not park on the main driveway.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
