Our stay here was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, Luey and her husband made us feel completely at home. They are the kindest, most welcoming hosts we’ve ever met, and their beautiful inn is truly a gem. The house is spotless, peaceful, and surrounded by gorgeous gardens—it felt like an oasis. We slept better than we have in ages, completely recharged, and woke up to the most delicious breakfast we’ve ever had, personally prepared by Luey herself. Everything was so thoughtful and full of charm. Honestly, this is the best place we’ve ever stayed, and we left wishing we could stay forever. Our personal recommendation—book at least three nights to truly soak in the beauty, charm, and atmosphere. If you’re in Austin, staying here is an absolute must—it’s an experience you’ll remember for a lifetime!

Treehouse Frame Hotel is an absolute hidden gem. Wonderfully appointed, it was very relaxing and tranquil. Since it was such a small boutique property, it was much more enjoyable than a standard hotel. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the room amenities were excellent. South Congress was just a block over so very walkable. Even though there are some bars near by, we didn’t hear them from our room. We will definitely stay at Frame Hotel again. Unbelievably pleasantly surprised. Well done.

This hotel is about a half mile from the main downtown area. There is a walking and biking trail along the river that we used, and also went for a couple of long walks in the morning.
The hotel has a nice pool area to relax on a hot day. You can order snacks and drinks and they bring them out to you.
Overall a pleasant stay, clean, well-appointed room and helpful and courteous staff.
