The rooms were clean, comfortable and had amazing views. The living room/dining room combo was a great place to hang out before heading to bed. The location was perfect, close to all of old town and right off the Royal Mile. Add to that, the locker luggage storage was most welcome before and after checkout.

Staff - in particular Annie who helped in the morning at breakfast. Very friendly, hard working, cheerful, and all-round pleasant. She was exceptional both mornings. 10/10 I would say your staff as a whole stand out as professional. But Annie was fantastic.
