“Property was booked and paid for through the VRBO site. We traveled 16 hours to get to our rental and was on the phone for 8 of those hours while driving trying to get the check in info which was never sent with my itinerary. I had to speak with 8 different customer service reps including 2 supervisors, all foreign and were very hard to understand. Some said they would call back and never did.The owner of the home was called, emailed and messaged several times by myself and VRBO over 24……

“We had a relaxing family trip. We loved the outdoor deck and annoyed it with our coffee in the morning and meals outside! We played games and just enjoyed the cabin. The pictures of the cabin was just like as you see it walking in. Robert communicated all the details we needed. The only thing I would suggest is to maybe get some cookie sheets or pans to put stuff in oven and also some bigger bowls for things. The appliances were top notch. We would definitely book again.”
