The place is clean and pretty. The staff member at night (blonde lady) was not professional. Did not greet us, no eye contact, rudeness in her voice. The staff member in the morning (curly hair lady) was amazing and nice. Very nice lady. I would recommend the place but also the staff should be nicer

Great service! We had an exceptional experience at The Joule. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, polished, and genuinely attentive. You can tell they take pride in representing the hotel at a high level. Every interaction we had was fantastic. Looking forward to the next time we are in Dallas. Will definitely stay at The Joule again.

The room was very clean and the staff was amazing.

I had a bit of a disappointing stay at the Crescent. The room wouldn’t cool down. They sent a technician who said it would be fixed but sadly after returning very late to a very warm room after a very long night of somewhat overindulgence the front desk only offer a change of rooms. Unfortunately the only thing moving at that point was the room in a slow spinning nature I decide to stay in the moist heat. And then morning came too soon and I was trapped by my own undoing in a rapidly warming luxury room. I made the most of it and considered it my own ‘personal Crescent sauna detox room for the chronically overserved.’ It seems to work wonders (with the quarter pounder with cheese and crispy Coke). Would I go back- definitely. Would I double check the a/c before heading out to test all the adult beverages- also definitely.

The fitness facility was top notch. From the equipment to the women’s locker room. The outdoor heated pool was a treat. The beds were comfortable and we had housekeeping daily. Super quiet hotel in a nice neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again.
