Over all this was a decent place to stay. The blow dryer in the bathroom didnt work and there were a couple light bulbs out above the sink. The wall behind the door had been repaired and had bery thin sheet rock there that was nerve wrecking for me because I didn't want to hit the wall and make a hole AGAIN.The exhaust fan didn't work in the bathroom

Everything is new. Not happy with staff service. Lady working at the checkin to water park this morning has a rude way of speaking with people.
Coffee at the Starbucks severed the wrong bites and charged for one more coffee which was not purchased. Manger was nice and reimbursement the payment.
When we came to the room none of the lights were working. Saturday wrist band stopped working.
House keeping came in made one bed and left the other bed unmade. I called front desk and asked if they can have house keeping come in 20 mins to make the bed, they said they will. Came back to the room after an hour still not made. Notified them again came back to room around 10pm still not completed. We were told check out was 10 am then during checkout front desk said 11am. Very poor costumer service from staff. Wont be returning since there are several options for resorts with good coustomer service by staff.

Overall stay was good the only issue i had was the cleanliness of the bathroom in my room there was a long black hair stuck to the shower wall and a long black hair on the counter by the sink. It was not mine or my brother we are bother bald. But other than that everything else was good
