Yes, except for one spider. But, being a retired owner of a pest control company, that did not bother me. Spider are good guys. LOL

High price for average conditions. Room could be cleaner, would be nice to have less noise from other rooms. Staff seems to try but not well trained or knowledgeable about the company they work for. For example, billing questions could not be answered properly. And for the same reason cleaning of rooms is not expertly done, breakfast food is poorly prepared with lumpy oatmeal, gooey biscuits, rubbery bacon, etc. At best everything offered was mediocre, but offered in a context where the customer has no other options and is supposed to act as though everything is just fine as long as it is not downright awful.

I stayed here because it was comparable to other places I stay in price when in the area. Upon arrival I was informed TV service was out. This was the night of the college football championship. They directed me To go to a restaurant offsite of I wanted to watch it. I asked if there was going to be any discount or service recovery and they said no. I also wanted to print something out from an email but the computer in the business center was absolutely worthless due to all the security controls on it. To their credit the front desk staff said I could send it to one of them via email and they would print it out but I wasn’t comfortable with that. The building overall is austere and weird. Definitely feels like a stable if that the theme they were going for. Bed was very comfortable. Room was a little cold but ok. No hot tub but large pool. The fitness facilities are split into 2 very small rooms. Some of the equipment was out of order. I went to the spa at the sister property and it was also very odd. After changing, you have to walk through the check in area to get to the lounge to await your treatment. My massage therapist must have been in a rush because I booked an 80 minute massage with a scalp massage add on and she told me I had plenty of time for the massage in a snarky way. Shalmalso didn’t do the scalp massage and left in a hurry. Overall odd vibe. Lots of signs to not touch anything and not to eat in the lobbies or sitting areas. Will not go back.
