Unfortunately, we had to call support team prior to arrival as the listing and information we received gave name and postcode, but no house number or street! "A last minute refusal by another property to honour our booking meant we had to quickly find an alternative. With hindsight, this was actually a good thing when we found this apartment. Marlborough was simply excellent. Lovely apartment, great view over the river, spotlessly clean, great location (convenient & quiet), easy reserved parking and lovely staff. Without a doubt will book here again on our next stay in the area. A great find."

"Had an amazing two week stay at this apartment. It genuinely felt like home. The apartment was decorated beautifully and had all the amenities needed. Being American the only tiny issue we had was the hot water heater but we figured it out. Ali was super responsive to inquiries and let us know they were only a short distance away should we need anything. "Cleanliness in the apartment was top notch but the entrance from the door through the staircase was not pleasant. The stairs should be rugged atleast, to give it good first impression. The shower wasn't working or we couldn't get through with turning it on, so we had to be fetching water from kitchen each time we wanted to shower. We also couldn't access the wifi.
