Located in a village with 6 houses in a dead end this completely renovated penty includes:
a living room, living room with very comfortable convertible sofa, fitted kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet. This room overlooks a pergola and a very beautiful terrace in exotic wood, facing south.
Upstairs a double bedroom with 4 sleeping possibilities.
Located 1 km from the shore for those who like fishing on foot, the first beach is 10 minutes on foot (trez rous), the coastal paths nearby, close to the almost roscanvel island and camarets sur mer.
