My husband & I had a great stay at Hotel Massimo. The location can’t be beat, all of the main tourist attractions were within a short walk. Federico was lovely and such a big help with recommendations in the area and even for our next destination. The room was clean and we had breakfast delivered to our room each morning. We will stay again next time we are in Palermo!

All I have to say is this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had..
The room was clean and large.. the owner of the hotel was very hands on.. he parked our car and retrieved it for us.. served us breakfast every morning. The staff was great!! The desk girls were great and very knowledgeable..
They definitely made you feel like family here and would definitely stay there again..
