In a secured and small charming tourist community, the Pinel cottages are in the middle of a landscaped garden and made up of 20 suites with a common swimming pool, a private parking and a lobby.

Located at Cul de sac, 400 yards from the Pinel pier, a small paradise island of Saint Martin to spend lazy days on an idyllic beach, or at 5 minutes by car from the famous Orient Bay Beach.

The location of the cottages of Pinel is ideal for a perfect journey in Saint Martin.

The suites have been completely refurbished since Cyclone Irma in 2017, they are spacious with 500 sq ft, and benefit from all modern amenities.

They are composed of a sleeping area with a king size bed and a living area with a comfortable queen size sofa bed with real mattress.

The large terrace has a beautiful fully fitted kitchen for 4 people.

The residence is equipped at night with a secured gate.

Charming apartment
We stayed two weeks and had a wonderful time. Quiet and clean with a lovely pool area. Philippe, the manager is on site, and did everything he could to make our stay comfortable Excellent internet allowed me to work remotely part of the time. Well appointed kitchenette allowed us to cook for ourselves when we wished although the apartment is close to numerous excellent restaurants in the area. Useful tip: we rented beach chairs and an umbrella from an agency on the island, which allowed us to visit all the beaches without paying daily rates for chairs. Would definitely stay again.
