"Excellent stay. We've stayed here before several times and they keep maintaining the quality of the facility and service. My wife lost her iPhone. We reported it to the front desk and left without it. We retraced our steps from the day before and came up empty handed. Before leaving town I called the missing phone and the front desk answered. "We were getting ready to call you. We obviously have found your phone, buried in the bed covers!" We are grateful for an honest operation at Richlands Inn Columbia, TN."

"This hotel is amazing. From the time you walk in you are met with friendly people. Very helpful. When you go into the dining room you are greeted by Billy. He gets you your breakfast, checks in on you, talks to you and in generally good old fashion service. The staff is the greatest. We needed to change our travel plans going home. We could not get our computer to match to their printer. They offered to have me email it to them and they would print it....all 26 pages!! This hotel offers the kind of service that you generally do not see today. When we go back to Lawrenceburg, we will be staying there, no doubt. "

"Very clean, quiet and lovely, spacious home tucked away in the Tennessee countryside. All the comforts and amenities needed for a stay away from home. The screened in porch is a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Short drive from I65. If you want to use the firepit, the BP station at the I65 exit sells firewood. If we return for another family reunion, we will definitely stay here again! Host is very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this property. The Plummer Family"
