Place is ran down, parking lot is full of potholes. some exterior entry locks are not operational. I booked 3 nights, was supposed to pay upon departure, they charged full amount at the time of check-in, but my business changed, and I cut stay short by a day - they claimed Expedia did not allow refunds and still charged for 3 days. I have travelled on business many-many times and charging only for an actual stay was never an issue at many other hotels, even stayed at the same hotel in 2019 when it was called Quality Inn, and changed duration at that time, and they were accommodating at that time. But the worst thing was, (here is my disclaimer - I did not personally see actual bedbugs), I had bug bites that at first I attributed to mosquitoes, but a friend pointed out, and later the Google confirmed that those specific marks and patterns were distinct results of bedbug bites!!!! Be careful at that location - I am going back in a month, but not to the same hotel!!!
