Pretty sure sheets had not been cleaned for a while as they smelled of guy deodorant hair. Room smelled strongly of dog urine. Heater was not strong enough to warm room and pretty sure someone took our wallet thankfully it only had a few bucks. In the end you get what you pay for and it was cheap so i give average rating.

This property looks nothing like what is shown on photos they posted. We booked a room with 4 twin beds, and they first offered us two rooms with two bed each. I thought they were upgrading our rooms. I saw this receptionist taking her spray with her and that was indeed a red flag. She opened the door to the room, which was on the second floor, and started spraying before we entered. I travelled many times and I have never seen anything like that. Both rooms smelled like rotten trash, and soon, we found out that there were big piles of rotting trash bags laying around right next to the building

The hotel is nice the staff is amazing it’s central walking distance to restaurants and stores it’s super clean breakfast is amazing as well I’ll definitely stay here again

The staff at this Hotel was so amazing! The location is smack dab in the middle of the people and local shops and a MASSIVE market is really close! It’s only about a 10 min walk from the square When I come back I’m staying there for sure!

Hotel é Ok, mas é importante saberem que o café da manhã é no 5o andar (hotel não tem elevador). Outra questão a mencionar, é que diz na reserva que o transfer para o aeroporto é grátis; entretanto, tive que pagar 25 soles para o trajeto.

Bom Hotel
Boa localização, próximo do comercio e da praça de armas , cama confortável, porém banheiro pequeno e não tem elevador, para quem esta com malas grandes é uma dificuldade para subir as escadas.

Bom custo benefício
O hotel é bem localizado (próximo a um super-mercado e a 1km da plaza de armas) e oferece acomodações confortáveis. O único problema é que não possui elevador e para acessar os quartos é pode ser necessário subir até 3 andares de escadas (na altitude de 3400m de cusco, pode ser chato). De resto, tudo ótimo! A equipe é atenciosa e simpática.
