We chose to stay here after trekking to Machu Picchu. The beds were huge and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful! Would highly recommend. Location is super!

What a beautiful and quaint property! Easy walking to restaurants, laundry, pharmacies, and more… had just gotten done with the 5 day salkantay trek, so the peaceful property was the perfect vibe.

very cute, spacious rooms and clean. Lovely staff. person always at front desk and most able to speak English. Helped arrange transport and provided breakfast for early mornings. Great place and would stay again for sure.

San Blas neighborhood is where you want to be in Cusco. Obviously not for these reasons, but there is a Starbucks and Patagonia store nearby. Authentic shopping and great local cuisine preferred. Quinta keeps you close enough to the action without being in the high traffic area.

An excellent place to stay close to the centre of Cusco which is also quiet. Great breakfast and wonderful staff who really exceed any expectations.

Charming hotel, big rooms
Great experience. Very nice staff and a big room. It's in the old part of town, which is very nice but it's also higher than the center, so everytime that you want to do something you have to go up and down the street. It wasn't a big issue for us, but older people should keep that in mind.

True hidden gem
Beautiful place, very well located, within walking distance of all the sites but quieter than the Plaza de Armas part of town. The lady in charge of the place is the best, very kind and helpful.

Had to leave & find somewhere else to sleep at 9pm
It is not hyperbole to say this is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Traveling with my husband & son, we would be staying one night, leave 2 night, & then planned on coming back for another 2 nights. Upon arriving, they showed us to a tiny room with a single queen bed for all 3 of us. After arguing for some time, they gave us a bigger room with what we thought was a king bed, & wanted to charge us $45 for a rollaway bed. We declined, but later found out that the bed was just 2 twins pushed together under some sheets. It was the worst night of sleep I have ever gotten. The next day, we spoke to a manager AND the front desk who assured us that, upon our return, we would definitely have the room with 2 queen beds. However, upon our return, (hungry, tired, and wet) we arrived back at the hotel only to be shown again to a tiny room with two twin beds for the three of us. No rollaway bed was available for any price, and the room we were promised had been given away. No manager was available, and the reservation department was closed all weekend. The only person working shrugged his shoulders and basically said, “take it or leave it.” Leave it we did, and ended up staying at our tour guide’s apartment-where at least there was room for all three of us. Regardless, our credit card was charged for all 3 nights. NOW, I am trying to get that reversed, but having a hard time getting a hold of anyone at the hotel or parent company.

I will stay in La Quinta San Blas again!
Great location. Welcoming staff. Cozy ambiance. Clean and comfortable room. Great hot breakfast buffet. 24 hours front desk service. Safe place, quiet area walking distance to shops, mini markets and great restaurants. Beautiful Cusco view from our room on the 3rd floor.

Sister hotel transfer
When we arrived, the hotel was full =( but they sent us to their sister hotel which was lovely! They took care of the transportation and all amenities. Fantastic customer service!

The hotel is good. The breakfast is good as well. Our room didn’t have windows so that made it really dark. The street where the property is located has only one way but traffic goes both ways, so it can be complicated at times.

Quinta San Blas was a great hotel for us. The location was an ideal neighbourhood for our stay and great coffee, food and shops were all nearby.

The staff members were super helpful and nice. Everything was great. The only minor comments are regarding the lack of fridge and quality of the pillows, it could be a bit better. The pillows were somewhat too soft (no support). Otherwise perfect location, cozy room,

Nice hotel close to everything!
Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms were very comfortable and the bathroom was nice as well. Location is very convenient and close to the historic site, good restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely hotel in an ideal neighborhood. Service was excellent. The only downside was that we heard a fair amount of noise (other guests, breakfast being set up, etc.) from inside our room which kept us up a bit.

Nice hotel, not located close to Cusco center
Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly and spoke very good English. Downside is that the hotel is not centrally located, but there a some good restaurants located within walking distance.

Nice location, but not very comfortable.
The hotel is located very near the plaza San Blas and just about 4 blocks from the Plaza de Armas. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. The bed was hard, very uncomfortable- the pillows being the worst. They were cheap pillows that you could feel the stuffing all torn up on the inside. The breakfast was good, normal buffet breakfast- eggs, oatmeal, cereal, cheeses and breads.

Lovely hotel with great staff
We stayed here for 3 nights to acclimatise to Cuzco and then one further night following 4 days doing the Inca Trail. The room was clean, tidy and as described. We had great communications with the hotel before arrival and the reception staff were really helpful. The breakfast was just right (the bread is lovely) and they gave us a pack up breakfast on the day we left early for the Inca Trail. Our main bags were kept safe during that time away and the restaurant food in the evening was just perfect for a treat. Only downside was the noise of fellow travellers getting up at 3am or 5am to embark on their own treks or trips to Machu Pichu. You'd get that anywhere in Cuzco so bring some earplugs.

Nice location - great staff
my flight to cusco arrived really early in the morning and the staff allowed me to put my stuff in my room while they were preparing it for me, they also provided me with an adapter so i could use my hair straighter. Breakfast was tasty and the staff was super polite. i would stay here again.

Nice place great location...
Place is very nice &clean, very comfortable bed. very close to plaza arms only thing cusco has lots of up and down cobble roads... going from hotel to plaza is down hill and coming back is up hill... wear comfort shoes or taxi is 4-5soles from almost anywhere back to hotel.
