"Our second stay, part of a longer trip. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only a quick stopover but we managed a pleasant walk round the nearby dock area. The breakfast was a good varied selection and the hot breakfast is refreshed regularly. All in all a very pleasant stay and we’re looking forward to returning for a longer stay. "

"Very impressive hotel within Deganwy marina, very friendly staff at check in, our room was excellent, spacious and had everything we needed, amazing view from the balcony of the estuary, Conwy Castle and the various sea birds. Food in the bar was good quality in relaxed surroundings and the staff were very attentive and made for an enjoyable evening. We enjoyed the pool and spa, not the biggest spa but had enough to do, we did a spa package which included lunch which was very nice, on our way to the room we found a relaxation room for spa guests which we didn’t know about. Enjoyed our breakfast in the morning, plenty of cereals, fruits, pastries, juices etc and an amazing cooked breakfast, staff again were excellent as were the staff when we checked out. Overall a very enjoyable time, the staff made for excellent stay would definitely recommend."
