Room had a bad smell

Hotel wasn’t even just ok. Staff didn’t know what to do or where they helpful at all. Pictures are really misleading. Check in process took forever. They broke our party up so one was on the 3rd floor and one on the first even they we could have been together if the owners blocked off rooms didn’t take priority over guests. They sent us to a dirty room as well when it said it was clean. Hot tube didn’t work in indoor pool area. Breakfast was cold. Overall awful experience.

The rooms were dirty. They smelled like mold and mildew. I stated breakfast included but they did have milk for the cereal, the juice machine was out of order. The burritos were the 1.00 kind you microwave. They did have a waffle maker but at 730am it was out of mix. I would not recommend this location to anyone and I am surprised this location has the Wyndham name attached.

The property and staff were very good. Our only complaint is that we found very small ants crawling almost exclusively on the desk. we could easily kill them when we saw them but could not figure out where they came from.

pay the extra money to stay somewhere else!!! this hotel isn’t worth anything!!! my family stayed one night and couldn’t get any toilet paper. bed sheets was dirty. the employees are NEVER at the desk to get any help. the hotel had a bad smell. no ice machine. they say they have breakfast what a joke. you mean they give out muffins lol. i wouldn’t even say there pool was the best. it’s basically a RAN DOWN apartment building. save yourself the trouble. the stain case is soooo unsave. the ac doesn’t work the best.
