"TERRIBLE!! DO NOT RENT! House is in a terrible part of town, the outside is overgrown and unkept. Brick columns by the driveway were falling down. House was filthy. Dirty floors, dirty windows, dirty socks and dead insects next to the couch, closets filled with cobwebs, handprints on the stairway walls, muddy boot prints in the bathroom. On top of all of it A SNAKE CAME OUT OF THE BATHROOM SINK!!! A live snake!! Immediately contacted the host and was not only denied a refund but called a liar....

"Upon arriving the first impression is a wow, and then you immediately notice how every nook and cranny is so clean. There was never a bored moment, even for our teenagers, The pool, slide, fishing dock, kayaks, paddle boat, games, pool table, air hockey, books, piano, and large yard were used by all. The kitchen is stocked to the max with pots, pans, and every other kitchen gadget you can think of. The supply of beach towels was impressive and most useful. We had a wonderful time!"

"We were three sets of Bama parents in town for football and birthday celebrations. The interior was perfect for all of us: beds were all comfortable, kitchen was well-stocked, LR was a great size, location was easy to access, and a church lot provided extra parking.
