“I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room”

“It was smaller than I expected, but that was due to an error in the listing. It said 3 bedrooms, while they meant 3 beds. When I pointed that out to the owner, he immediately changed it. He was very friendly. The kitchen and leisure room are clean and as described, it's a pity that the fridge can't be used though, since the kitchen is shared. It's a quiet neighborhood with a quick bus access & 10-15 min transfer to the center of town. I would recommend the room to a couple or 2 friends if it's……
