"The hotel is set in an ancient dwelling built around a courtyard. While our room retained its original ancient nature, it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom, on the other hand, was modern and there was no lacking hot water. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet side street in the middle of the ancient city just off of the major pedestrian street of Remin Road with its many eateries, shops and bars. For folks not familiar with the ancient city, the hotel may be a challenge to find. But not to worry, the hotel staff will work with you to find your destination. My wife and I highly recommend this place."

"Bad: It has a very limited choices kn breakfast. No lockers on the room; no towel hangs while showering; tv programme is very unfriendly to foreigner traveller. Far from old town tourist place. Good: Staffs are very friendly. Location is super close to train station "

"For the big amount of money we have paid for the stay we are very disappointed. Your hotel is not in good order and no maintenance is done since it was built. The jacuzzi didn’t work, the kids club is dirty and many things are broken. Mini golf not working, air condition in the room not working. No one spoke a word English despite this is supposed to be a 5 star international hotel. "
