Everything was nice the cleaness of the property inside the breakfast was awesome! Front desk was ok the only thing that there is a line to wait on that I did not like. Also the guy from the breakfast; was overcharging my breakfast buffet which I had already paid for. I didn’t like that there is no light outside for parking, it is so damn dark outside, which bother me. Parking was so far with no light! There was a lot of trash on the outside of the hotel . The staff is not friendly at all

I asked for a cart to get my baggage to the room and they tried to give me a big yellow laundry yellow cart. I asked for an empty glass in the bar to take it to my room, and they told me they where short of glasses. When I checked in, the front desk forgot to give me my credit card back. etc

We made the mistake of traveling to Dallas during Texas/OU weekend. Lots of students were staying at the hotel. We were there with our young children. The hotel staff was amazing! They put us on the top floor away from the students and we never heard a thing. The check in process was organized and smooth and staff seemed happy the whole time. Hotel had a great location for us. We will definitely stay here again!

The lobby was really nice, clean and big, pool area also nice. The staff was really friendly checkin was fast at the front desk the bar area staff were okay the food was alright had a burger size was great but came mid well instead of well done like I asked spinach dip gross. We had a double Queen room which came with one wash cloth, tub wasn't cleaned all the way fridge and microwave really small and coffee pot was missing the piece u place the coffee bags in. Parking $10 per day never heard of that...I wouldn't stay here again not worth it.
