Property was clean and relatively well maintained. It's a bit of a headache using the code to enter the building. We did have a fire evacuation and a police chase right outside our windows on 2 different nights.

The place was ok but no t.v in the bedroom ,the sofa was real bad i hurt my back sitting on it and real bad service in the building and Wi-Fi was working parking was difficult had to park a block away and it was so cold ,but the worse part of it the rude white boy that works there in office my daughter was looking at a little water fall in lobby he came a yelled at us dont touch the water fall he yelled i was like dude chill she not even closed to it ,the key fobs didnt work had to come in through front every time and residence there are real rude and they cant mind there on business there was dog poop and pee on the hall ways plus my wife went to gym at 5am and 8pm there was some real weird men in there trying to record women they weren't even working out and the cave area beautiful but this chubby white man was sleeping in there for 2 days it was awkward .

The property and apartment was very clean and meet expectations, however the process to enter was wrought with lack of communication. I did not receive any confirmation of booking until the day of travel. Given I was traveling out of state for relocation planning and logistics, I had no ability to plan for the stay or entry requirements. For a single, this isn't a big deal. But when traveling with family, it makes it tough. I would have appreciated a simplified check in process. Many of the keypads did not work, or did not accept the virtual check in process. If you are traveling and arriving after 6pm, it will be difficult for you to check into the StayOver at Galatyn Park.

I’ll start off by saying I will definitely be booking with StayOvr again on my next trip. The property was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The check in instructions were clear and precise, easy to follow. The communication was excellent, they were fast to respond. I like that the area was quiet at this location and had free parking. Overall this was a great experience and would recommend booking with them.
