“Great place in a great location! Very clean, and great communication with owner and property manager.”

“Loved the condo and location.”

“We really enjoyed staying at this well appointed property. Beds and couches were very comfy, and the rooftop was spectacular.”

“Adam’s place was perfect for our large group stay in Chicago. Right on the train line meant easy access to and from the airport and downtown Chicago. The neighborhood had great food options and the coffee bar downstairs was excellent. The bedrooms were all comfortable and we would absolutely come back.”

“Overall great experience. The description on train sound is accurate and you will hear it even in the night. Parking was a nice perk included in room rate.”

“Very nice place. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Owner was responsive, courteous and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.”

“Great place ,!!!perfect for us and the Family .Impressed with the well stock condo from paper towels to all the bathroom necessities-and even coffee..Place was perfect for 8 of us with 2 kids .walking distance to the grocery ,and very close to our Wedding venue.Just be cautious with Parking -Catalytic converter was stolen from a relative’s car park in the front .But otherwise we had such a perfect week-end.Thank you for letting us stay in your place”

“Nice location. Went for a concert at United Center, just down the road, super easy to get to. The place is easy to find and get in and out. All amenities available, we didnt find ourself needing anything. Densely populated area, constant foot traffic, which shouldnt be a surprise. Everyone seemed nice enough. Grocery store around corner. Awesome bakery around the corner, go early, the Guillotine Bakery.”

“Bare minimum of a VRBO. Too expensive for the lack of amenities.”

“Overall was an okay property. The dishes in the kitchen had bits of old food crusted to them from the previous guests, which was gross. We had to wash everything before we could use it. The master bath had several lightbulbs out and the sinks smelled like sewage when we used them. The downstairs bathroom had exposed pipes that were corroded. The beds were comfortable. The proximity to the red line was excellent but the L was right behind the building and kept some members of our group up at……

“This place is beautiful, conveniently located on a quiet street with ample street parking, and very well-appointed. There are clear directions for the use of the unit and Thomas and Cynthia are extremely responsive.”

“Super nice, modern apartment in a great location. Unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the rooftop patio because of the air quality outside. But the place was excellent overall.”

“Beautiful property- nicely and comfortably furnished. Very clean! Had everything we needed and plenty of space for 6 adults. Quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to many things. Bus line nearby. Would gladly stay here again!”

“Exceptional! Perfect layout for grandparents and adult kids with kiddos. Clean, accessible. Minimally equipped with just-enough dishes, towels and toiletries but all appliances upstairs and down. The neighborhood is fabulous! Truly a wonderful relief from downtown and traffic—very family and dog friendly. Our three generations of family all enjoyed the home, the area and walking to restaurants, a few stores. Older home yet very, very nice and would stay again without hesitation.”

“Great property in a quiet-er neighborhood. Works great if you have events at McCormick Place, only a 15-25 min drive straight down I-90. Amazing food options in the neighborhood. The property itself is spacious and works great for 2 couples. Well appointed with a useful kitchen. Beds are comfortable. Unit is clean and bathrooms are a good size.Troy is a great and communicative host that solves even small issues quickly. He goes above and beyond. The parking is all street, but no problem as long……

“Location is great, hard to beat.”
