Clean room and courteous staff

Everything was great with the exception of the lady at the front desk who checked us in. She was absolutely the rudest person ever and should not be working with people. I've never complained about an employee of a hotel before. Everything else was great but wouldn't stay again unless she is gone. No reason to be rude to guests

The hotel was excellent hot tub pool were great the parkingbis terrible. Its old and it is not made for tall vehicles. It has no signs telling you which way. Talked to a few people there who agreed.

Room was too hot at arrival- had to call Maintenance. Temp fluctuated. Restaurant was convenient, good food but slow service. Prepaid for breakfast- could have been good but no entrees available- staff said someone had called in sick and they “were doing the best they can.” Still beat typical continental type breakfast of most hotels. Clean room, comfortable. Good location. Not sure if I would stay here again.

Staff is helpful, room was clean, breakfast was hot. Only issue is pool was closed and we weren’t made aware until check-in.
