just a good experience all around with an excellent location

Visited in September. I was originally assigned a room, but when I walked in, it smelled of stinky shoes. I figured it would go away, so I asked for Febreeze, which they provided, and went for a walk. When I came back, the smell was the same. I asked if I could get a different room and they switched me to a room with a balcony. They were very nice and polite and wanted to make sure my stay was satisfactory. Breakfast was nice as well. I would stay there again, but book a balcony as the view on the other side isn't very nice

It was very welcoming, the front desk person was very good. He suggested places to go. The room was very inviting. This property is a work in progress. The only downfall is it's across the street from the salvation store. We would definitely come back

Pleasant reception, well maintained to the historic character of the building.

The breakfasts were very good. The view of the city from the room was beautiful.
