The rooms were clean, quiet and well appointed. The staff was very helpful. We had our dig with us and felt welcome with a comfortable dog bed and bowls provided. There is a nice riverside walk nearby to stretch his legs. We thought that the hotel was very good value for money give the amenities (lovely pool and spa area) and the quality of the service. FORMOSA Dijon"A chance encounter to break up a long journey back from Meribel to the UK. We were very pleased with every aspect of the stay. The place is beautifully decorated and ultra clean. We had some home cooked Chinese food which went down well with all the family, even accommodating gluten allergy. Next time we are passing we would definitely stay again."

Otherwise the hotel is ok. Unmemorable! Lots of people in the bar. Satisfactory breakfast with horrible coffee machine that did not work. Ask customers as they check in if they would like air con or not. "

The hostess or manager in the restaurant was horribly rude. We never went back to the restaurant due to her. The pool is difficult to access because an elevator is broken so you need to go through a dark remote stair case, or walk through the restaurant.
