The front desk manager is very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable and it's a short uber from the airport, but close to downtown attractions

I was told to call the hotel when we arrived at the airport but the paper we were given on arrival said to call the day before to arrange the shuttle, so we ended up having to pay for a taxi to get to the hotel versus waiting 40 mins to get picked up after a long day of traveling. Also, got to room and there were no bath towels in bathroom so had to go down to the lobby. Staff could have also been friendlier.

Never stayed here before and needed to stay one night to catch a morning flight after our cruise. Very convenient for the Ft. Lauderdale Airport and a free shuttle. Comfortable bed and quiet and the pool was nice. Would recommend!

Close to airport, breakfast was lovely the staff friendly and accommodating. All day complementry coffees was a nice touch. The wheelchair accessible room was comfortable. The airport shuttle was not wheelchair accessible, i had to take a taxi at my own cost. The shuttle staff was useless and spoke no English. We were granted late check-out at 12.00 noon however the door was locked at 11.00am. The female receptionist badly needs to be trained in hospitality.

Nice property. They could work on improving airport transportation. It took us 50 minutes from when we called the motel to pick us up until we reached the property.

Hotel staff was incredibly accommodating and professional. We arrived three hours early and staff got a room prepared for early check-in. Property was clean, room was big and nicely decorated. Comfy bed and amenities. Great stay.

Absolutely one of the cleanest motels we have stayed in for sometime. Spacious room, very helpful staff when we needed extra bedding for pull out sofas and extra towels. Breakfast was good as well! Bagels, cinnamon rolls, toast, oatmeal, eggs, sausage and good coffee and a selection of teas. Overall an excellent experience. Pool looked clean but we never used it. Waffle House right next door and a Wawa convenience store/gas station on the other side.

It’s quiet for being near major roads, some road noise at night. Very clean room and spacious (king suite) and nicely remodeled. Nice they have some snacks to buy but a bit overpriced. You can go next door to WaWa for fruit, crackers and sandwiches

Holiday Inn Express is simply awesome. Very clean, well kept. Free breakfast, coffee and tea. Friendly and accommodating staff. Fitness center is the icing on top of the cake. I was able to workout while on vacation! All at an affordable price. We’ve had the best stays at all Holiday Inn Express locations.

I arrived in the evening and they said my room wasn’t ready. The staff seemed annoyed and unfriendly. People were smoking cigs outside and the whole bottom floor smelled like cigs.

The breakfast were fresh, delicious and a large variety of offerings. Room was spacious. Free shuttle from the airport a plus and available shuttle to the cruise port another plus.

This property is where we stayed after our cruise! Great location, staff was amazing, and there was a Waffle House next door and a Wawa super convenient.
