Upgraded condo with a private bedroom & 2 private balconies. The views of the ocean, city & sunrise are amazing from the 9th floor & can be enjoyed right from the bed.

New flooring just installed. 2 king size beds, 55 inch 4K smart tv in the living room & a 50 inch smart Tv in the bedroom. Watch a movie from the king size beds while looking at the ocean.

Many amenities such as 3 pools which are usually heated, 1 indoor heated pool, 2 jacuzzi hot tubs, fitness center, sauna, pool bar, restaurant & more.

Free parking & free wifi. Beach front location with the pools right in front of the beach.
Mini golf, restaurants, shops & more are all in walking distance.....

You can park & never have to drive again until you leave. True 1 bedroom private bedroom & 2 separate private balconies. Much better than a hotel or motel room.


Amazing one of a kind condo. Pools & amenities closed until at least 9-30-24 so rates were reduced by 50% so great time to take advantage of this beautiful beach condo.

Clean great location
Very clean everything you need for a nice stay in Daytona. Once the pools and amenities open back up this will be an awesome location. Beach chairs for rent right as you hit the beach. Just bring your beach towels everything else you need is in this location. 🌊☀️⛱️

We were excited to stay at the beach- this whole trip was to get away and chill on the beach- thats exactly what we did. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. Was disappointed ALL the ammenties were closed , but we were told before- its mentiontd on the duscription. We were also a little disappointed there was no beach access from the building, however it was not a problem to walk all the way around the building to get to the beach at the public access spot. We really enjoyed our stay- room was clean, things to cook with and eat off of are supplied. We left some beach towels and chairs for the next renter! I would love to stay again when the pools are open!

The location was amazing. It was the cleanest condo. I’ve been to. The only thing I would suggest is to supply some beach, chairs and umbrellas. For it gets pricey to rent every day. Thank you.

The room was great, location super convenient, and view was great. Unfortunately due to Hurricane Ian the indoor and outside pools, hot tubs, and Tiki bar were closed and will be for a long time due to the destruction. This information should have been disclosed. We still made a great time of our stay.

Thanksgiving Holiday
The place was VERY CLEAN. The correspondence with the owner was EXCELLENT. We were disappointed that there was not an oven but we were able to make the stove top & microwave work for our Thanksgiving meal. The only down side was that it was Thanksgiving weekend with thousands of loud vehicles in the morning for the Daytona Turkey Run.

Nice Condo, Tired Building, Dirty Area
I'll start by saying the condo was updated, clean and spacious. The beach and ocean are beautiful. However, I won't return. The city of Daytona Beach is dirty with lots of litter throughout. You will see homeless people, and an abundance of liquor stores and pawn shops. It's not the tropical destination I expected. Now I'll describe the building. The parking garage is closed due to structural problems so parking is an issue. You may use an adjacent vacant lot but It's unsecured with poor lighting. I was concerned about vehicle theft. The building is old, rundown and in desperate need of a renovation. As soon as the elevator doors opened to the 9th floor we observed a strong odor of garbage and weed. The odor remained throughout our stay. Again, the condo is really nice, but the city and building are disappointing.

Clean, Well Maintained, Excellent Price!
This was one of three condos rented by my family for the week of October 4th, all in the same resort. Among the 3 this was far and away the very best. Everything in the condo looked brand new. The kitchen was well stocked with all the things needed for preparing meals. The Owner (Harry) was very quick to respond to messages sent on the VRBO site/app. We enjoyed the pool and the easy access to the beach which was also very clean and well policed. The shopping center right across the street from the resort was quite convenient. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it for a couple of extra days. Recommended!

Great vacation before Back to School!
We had a great time at the condo. It was a perfect size for us and the kids. Two king size beds are great in the large bedroom. Everything was clean and the kitchen was perfect for us to cook some meals in and save money. Right across the street from shopping during tax free week for school clothes, which was great for the rainy days when beach wasn’t a good option. Pools were nice and big, overall a nice and clean property.

Quiet & Peaceful
We stayed for three nights because our son had a competition - we wanted to be away from the business & noise of the site so he could relax. It was just far enough away from the boardwalk to have peace and quiet but still an easy (5 minute) drive in for the meet ad practices. Also - very easy to get to the northern beaches & restaurants. The unit was updated, clean, and fully equipped with anything you needed. The resort ws nice too!.
