Wonderful place
Beautifully appointed condo with a view of the ocean. They thought of everything with excellent communication and 2 binders full of information. Would definitely stay again!

2024 beach trip
The amenities in this condo are amazing. Its on the quieter side of Daytona Beach Shores. Walking distance from plenty of stores and restaurants.

The only thing I didn’t like is I was told we couldn’t bring our dog and there was dogs there

This complex does allow dogs but only for owners adn the dogs go through an approval process from the board. The HOA does not allow guests to have dogs and so we must also follow their rules.

Daytona vacation
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 402 Opus. The condo was as nice as depicted in the photos. Fully stocked, relaxing bed and loved the balcony. This would be the place to go for your Daytona beach stay

Not a bad place to get away.
Check in was easy however the garage door opener did not work and there were no parking spots outside so we had to wait until someone came out before we could get in. I called the after hours multiple times with no repo se until the next day via email. Once we were parked we could not leave until another opener was provided the next day. The couch was filled with nerds as was the floor but other than that it was a great location with easy beach access

We wish we could have earned all 5 of your stars since it sounds like you all had a wonderful time! The HOA was replacing the garage remotes during your stay but the old remotes did work in the meantime, you just needed to be very close to the receiver. Even still, the next morning we brought you one of the new remotes we just received from the HOA that morning and even delivered it to you in person.
