"There would have been no need for customer service as we were late arriving guests. But a quick phone call to the office left me feeling confident in my choice (of motel) and cared for, personally. I had four kids with me so this was reassuring and helped me relax into the drive with knowledge of safe and ‘pre warmed’ room. The ground floor room combo we enjoyed was simple and perfect for our needs. There was a baby crying sporadically next door but sound insulation was adequate and we all slept well. "beautful house, great location, clean and as decribed. can't fault. if i had to offer anything constructive (but it didn't diminish from the stay) was the stove angle (leaning toward the back) made it difficult to cook eggs for instance as it pooled into the back end of the pan.also, the bbq wasn't looking great. wanted to use it but seemed very rusted on and even when i heated and cleaned, was looking little suspect. maybe get the hot plate seasoned again."

"It was beautiful and so peaceful, i was very surprised of how big it was, the best way to describe it was a home away from home with bonuses, the 2 person spa was great, a private little room where you can relax, the bedroom was large and well kept, it was a very cozy sleep and the morning after just sitting out on the lounge having a morning coffee was peaceful, my only downfall is i didn't stay longer, if anyone is considering this property for a little romantic getaway i highly recommend it "
