A sure way to ruin your holiday is by staying here. Property does not disclose that along with swimming pool - the gym and spa are also unavailable and under construction. Received #930 with dirty bathroom. Called housekeeping to clean - due to which they chose to not clean room for remaining days stay. It was difficult to brush teeth with rusted black sink holes. Room had un-stocked supplies. Called housekeeping many times and requested tea bags - not delivered. One night chose to have dinner in room, person delivering could not find CC filed at front desk and would not let us eat unless the bill was immediately paid. He harassed, interrogated us (since we were behaving so simple, speaking hindi and with respect to the staff and not acting flashy as people living in India with their colonial mindset are always trying to speak English to appear superior and trying too hard to be fashionista to prove fake riches) on how we could be living abroad (despite front desk having our foreign passport/OCI). He came twice with wrong charging machine for AMEX card. How does this management find all the judgemental slum dwellers to work at this Hyatt hotel? Every area of this hotel (Kitchen, waiters, front desk, housekeeping) has staff that is below standards. BOYCOTT THIS HOTEL. ITS A LOW SCALE FACILITY TO PLEASE LOW SCALE GUESTS CLUELESS ON WHAT TOP BRAND HOTELS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE.
