We had an extremely good experience at Radisson Blu except a couple of minor issues in the room. The staff were extremely friendly and warm. They made us feel very welcome and took care of our smallest needs. The restaurants and swimming pool area were great as well.

Most of the staff were pleasant. And we had a good stay overall bar two issues. Which left a sour taste for me. I paid for early check in. When making the payment the staff on reception quoted me the price in rupees. However, took payment from my card in GBP without asking me. When paying for food in the restaurants, other staff were sure to check if I wanted to pay in INR or GBP which is how it should be. So if you’re paying for anything at reception with an international card ensure you are charged in local currency. Additionally, I had paid for two breakfasts. However, a change in travel plans meant we were going to checkout at 4:30am. we requested two breakfast boxes. On checkout we were handed one box. I thought nothing of it. And anssument The box would contain enough food for two people. Until we went to eat the breakfast. We were given one sandwich, a banana, a pot of yoghurt, a cereal bar, one mini pasty and a cake. Bear in mind that this was in lieu of two adult breakfast buffets.

Brilliant hotel and room. One of the best pools ever. Only issue is that the restaurants were really really expensive and Delhi has a booze tax so the already extortionate price of a beer is even higher. But an amazing hotel nonetheless.
