“Easy to drive to the lake, adequate breakfast to fuel the day. Our room said it would sleep 6 when I reserved. When we got there it was a king and foldout sofa. We were a party of 5. Requested a rollaway, but it never appeared. We put one of the kids on a pallet on the floor.”

“The front desk smells like cigarette smoke. The room was basically an efficiency apartment. There was a DirecTV box but no channels. TV is Roku so you need subscriptions.”

“We have stayed at Dunvilla every summer for the past 4-5 years when we visit family with a nearby lake house. The hotel is always clean, the staff incredibly friendly and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and refreshing. It is a rural setting, just a few miles from Pelican Rapids and I look forward to our stay every year. A hot breakfast is included as part of the stay and they have an impressive casual dinner menu as well. I truly look forward to our visit each year. I highly recommend……

“Nice motel off the interstate. Room was clean. Near chain restaurants. Not too far from downtown. Was able to see the Otto the 40' long otter in a short drive.”

“The ice machines were not working, they were froze up. Their was police or ice agents activity their. On line they said the breakfast was open at 6:00 am, but didn't open up until 7 am. Change it please. Take off the previous owners off the web, it was very confusing. Other wise the breakfast was good, the juice machine was not working and had trouble with the waffle machine. Get things fix please. Will not go their again because of all these problems, poor management.”

“Property is a beautiful location on a lake. Camper is old. Bathrooms stunk. ”
