The area of the hotel is run down. The Hotel did not advertise their pool and jacuzzi was closed. Their handicap door opener was broken and my window latch was broken. I had asked for a cancelation upon seeing the hotel and was denied. My bed was lopsided and could feel where previous bodies had slept. I would forego this hotel. It was not cheap either. Also, there is no elevator. I cant lug my luggage up two flights of stairs.

Overall the property was great with very helpful and polite staff. Amenities are great. Breakfast was good with decent variety, however I’d recommend getting there early, as many items were out by 9am despite the breakfast running until 10.
