This once amazing hotel is showing signs of complacency! Stay here twice a year over the past few years this has always been a great hotel but now they need to work on a number of items. Breakfast ! Was dismal stay longer than 2 days and it’s still the same items that’s if the staff can be bothered to refill them. Rooms are now looking tired and not all the staff know how to make them up. Finally bar staff / bar stay away and walk down the road the staff here are not great. Don’t think I will stay again

"Easy and friendly check-in. Short walk from the train station. Booked the Ground Floor Superior Room which was felt very deluxe and was spotlessly clean. 5 min walk from Motorpoint Arena would definitely stay again when in the area. My only suggestion is that if you are a light sleeper not to get ..."
