The valet service was great! Front desk staff was very accommodating. Elements was delish!! Evening reception was a great bonus and not expected. Good location Stout St restaurant was amazing and accommodated our party of 12 with very little notice Fabulous experience We booked 2 rooms My parents booked a room Extended family booked 2 rooms It was great!

The food was great for breakfast but we paid for this hotel for the pool and unfortunately it was -2° inside the pool. Truly unfortunate.

The room was not clean. There was old and damaged furniture similar to what you’d expect in a hostile. The pull out mattress was old, worn and stained. There was obvious water damage in the bathroom. Not the worst stay I’ve ever had but definitely disappointing for the price. When you pay almost $300 for a one night, you expect a nice room.

We have a medically fragile son who became very sick the day of our trip resulting in us needing to cancel our entire trip. Expedia tried to reach out to the property to get an exception to the cancellation policy but they were unable to obtain a refund or credit. I do understand the necessity for cancellation policies but I also think there are times when exceptions should be allowed. Our son often ends up in the PICU or life-flighted to a hospital when sick and we couldnt risk that (or worse) while trying to force a trip just to avoid losing the $220 for the room.

This facility is right across the street from the convention center and lots of restaurants. There is a ton of food and shops nearby. The only thing that was not excellent, was the parking. They have valet only for $56/night. If you park on the street, you have to pay no matter where you are.

Room was great, manager reception was lovely as was the hot breakfast. Loved not having to find a place to eat for breakfast. Front desk folks were very helpful and accommodating. The restaurant/room service is where I had the issue. Delivery was not the problem, lovely man delivered and was very friendly, but the food was uneatable! The nachos were stale tortilla chips getting drowned in canned cheese sauce that you'd find at the gas station or movie theater. It has about 10 black beans total and a few old diced tomato pieces and two pieces of corn. The sauce was so heavy that the stale chips were soggy and it all arrived cold. Plus the final cost with tip was around $30.

Hotel was good but housekeeping was very poor. Would not do any vacuuming or proper restroom cleaning. The staff was okay but for most part seemed to be hating their job and did not go above and beyond with their service.

We are Hilton Honor members and have stayed at many Embassy Suites because we love the suites, the nightly reception and the breakfasts. We have never been disappointed before, but this hotel is quite rundown, in need of some TLC. The toilet in our room did not flush well and the handle on the shower faucet was broken. The shower head was coming out of the wall. Carpets were dirty and the couch was dingy and old. TV’s were old and did not work well. We were on the top floor, 17th, which had a nice view of the mountains and it was quiet, away from the main hotel area. However, the elevator bank needs some help. There are currently four elevators, one is not working and they are super slow. There are way too many rooms and people using this hotel for this number of elevators. While we were there for 4 nights there were two conventions, an Oklahoma Indian gathering, and a cheer competition. We were there for a convention at the Convention Center and I think if we ever go back we will pay a little more for the Hyatt Regency right next door.

Overall it was a wonderful experience. The only criticism is having only two elevators working out of the four. Ten minute wait and the elevator was always full.

When we checked in, we were surprised to see the check in was on 4th floor. Our room was on 9th floor. We got in the elevator closed the doors and could not get the darned thing to go up! We finally saw a small sign that said to "insert " room key into device for service to the upper floors. (Now mind you we are from farm country in Nebraska and not used to all this high tech stuff.) We finally found something that looked like a device but could not find a place on it to insert our room key. We finally found the open door button on the elevator. I sheepishly went to the front desk to ask for assistance. The lady was real good about it and laughed with us about it as she showed us how to "scan" the room key in the device. She even rode with us to the 9th floor to make sure we could scan the lock to get in the room. You have good people at the front desk. She did not even laugh until she was laughing with us and not at us. My only suggesting is that you change the wording on the sign from insert to scan. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Unfortunately this brand is no longer what one expects from an upscale hotel. The positives: 1. The hotel room and overall hotel was very clean; 2. The beds are very comfortable; 3. The breakfast, with made to order omelets, is still excellent. But here are some of the negatives we encountered: 1. Upon arrival at valet parking there was no one to take luggage up to our 17th floor room. There is a sign on the cart saying to please return the cart to the valet area. 2. The metal room door rattled in the metal doorframe because of the air flow in the hallway. We had to fold up a tissue and put it in the doorjamb. 3. The space is nice, but it needs a refresh. The bottom of the bathroom door had been scraped over the years, and there were nicks elsewhere. 4. The bathroom sink drain plug did not hold water. 5. The towels are a bit threadbare. 6. Right in front of artwork above the desk was the desk lamp, half obscuring the artwork. Who did the interior design? 7. When going back to our room after breakfast we found that an employee had washed the tile in the elevator lobby on the main 4th floor lobby and it was wet Isn't there a better time to do this when many fewer guests are using the elevators? 8. Perhaps the best for last -- they charge $56 for overnight parking! The word "extorsion" comes to mind. This is Denver, not Manhattan. Would I stay here again? No, there are several other "upscale" hotels within a couple of blocks that I will try instead.
