Great comfortable suites. A very nice clean hotel. Clean restrooms, in dining area and outside of your room. Good food and drinks. The staff is outstanding. Very professional, polite and makes sure to take care of all your needs. Jason Thomas went the extra mile to help me clear up a problem with an outside booking company. Hats off to all staff who work hard to make us feel right at home.

My stay was not enjoyable due to the constant loud noise on the 17th floor. When I called the front desk I was told that it was normal. That information should shared the time of check in.

It ok but did not like that the valet people weren’t that friendly, except for the gentleman who received us on first night of stay. He was great . Rooms are not very clean,carpet looked dirty. Sleeper sofa was uncomfortable. But very quiet hotel and conveniently located.

Front desk help checking in was great. Dad was in local hospital, unsure of how long we needed to stay. Told to come down and they would be happy to help. Needed to extend a day, front desk gal on 7/9/2024 at 9:00 am was rude, did not want to help at all. I was told to call or go online. Tried calling and was told front desk would need to help me. Checked out and found a hotel that actually WANTED our business!! Horrible customer service from this front desk gal. Couldn't be bothered. Was quite shocked when I told her we tried calling and was told she would be the one to help. So, we were checking out to go to find another hotel wanting our business. Would not recommend for this reason alone.

Property needs to be updated. safe did not open and maintenance had to break it open, ice machines didn’t work, fan in bathroom did not work, refrigerator was frozen over, tvs were outdated and tv channel selection was horrible, furniture was all scratched up, carpet looked very dirty, housekeeping did not come to the room, no plates or silverware out for complementary snacks during happy hour…should I continue???? Very disappointed in the hotel overall, however staff was very nice.

Agent at initial valet not customer service trained, but ok. Lady checked us in horrible service. Staff rarely answer phone seem to have attitude. Evening staff better more helpful. Very disappointing couldn’t cancel was in ER night before. All other hotels stayed at have allowed this.
