I think we should get a refund, we were with our daughter who has cancer & leukemia & undergoing treatment with shots in her legs so she’s unable to walk like normal, Elevators All Broke down & weren’t fixed until wee hours or morning. We were trapped on the 8th floor til we could get someone’s attention from a lower floor, we had to wait for a bit for the service elevator, waiting by the ice machine there was a strong odor of propane or gas, which wasn’t comforting. This required a lot more walking for everyone. We went to dinner, wasted a few hours and returned to no elevators working.
