This is a smokers hotel regardless of advertising.

Clean the room better

Pros: Nothing this time.
Cons: Cleaner room
There was trash including food under the bed. A drawer was ripped off. On top of this no cups and no shampoo was even in the room.

It's been good so far

I am very happy with the help I received from staff .they are very accommodating..would be a very long stay in a room with out the staff being understanding.

Do not waste your money

Rude customer service and when walked into a room during a blizzard it was full of dog hair and fuel, no covers or pillows on the mattress, bath tub and toilet a disgusting mess and obviously not cleaned called the front desk just for the lady to be rude and say during the blizzard I would need to come all the way back up to the front because she put us in a room that wasn't clean
